Licensed Plumber Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to residential plumbing & drain problems.
  • A service call begins with diagnosing problems then providing a cost estimate to close the sale.
  • Make necessary repairs or install new equipment.
  • Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on provided tablet.
  • Collect payment and move on to the next call.

 

Licensed Plumber Requirements:

  • NC State plumbing license (preferred)
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • A positive attitude and stellar work ethic
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

HVAC Installer Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform in-home residential and light commercial HVAC installations with complete start-up. Manage and organize workflow with installation crew. Follow all safety procedures. Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work. Communicate scope of work, activity, and system operation with the home owner.

 

HVAC Installer Qualifications and Skills:

A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A complete understanding of gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, refrigeration, design and installation of ductwork, low voltage wiring, and all necessary tools and testing devices. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge. A valid NC driver’s license with a clear driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

 

Experience:

  • Residential HVAC Installation: Minimum 2 years

  • Communicate to find the right solutions for our client’s needs.
  • Perform building load calculations.
  • Properly prepare and define scopes of work and estimates for projects.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacture incentives, tax credits, and rebates available.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Experience:

Must have experience estimating mechanical labor and material costs, demonstrated relationship building and revenue-generating experience, minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in the HVAC industry, proficient using estimating software, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & knowledge of duct design.

Primary Job Duties:

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems and booking appointments. MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Work Hours:

8:00 – 5:00pm Monday – Friday Plus, on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls by the 2nd ring with no one on-hold for longer than 1 min. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Schedule service calls as directed. Schedule maintenance and service agreement appointments. Update service database from each service ticket. Make follow up calls after service or installation Provide customers with product and service information. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. Research account issues. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
