My family was forced to leave our home after discovering a carbon monoxide leak on the Sunday before Christmas.  By Monday afternoon, I had a proposal for a new system and by Tuesday evening, our home was warm and safe.  I couldn't ask for more prompt and courteous service in our time of need. We are extremely happy with our new high efficiency York dual fuel system and I would recommend Raleigh Heating and Air without hesitation.  My experience was excellent.

When our AC system failed, it was too costly to repair. At the time I was in India. My wife did not want to replace the system until I returned. The temperatures in Raleigh were hovering around 100 degrees. It would be several weeks before I returned, but I wanted to get a replacement system ASAP after that for I too would be without AC. I read repeatedly that the installation contractor was the hallmark of a quality system.

After extensive searching while I was in India, Raleigh Heating and Air stood out as one of the best contractors in Raleigh. My wife scheduled an appointment with them for soon after I returned. The company owner, Chris, and a recently hired salesperson, Chris, spent the morning with us describing our options and noting the layout of our current system. No other vendor spent that much time with us. They asked whether we had considered a geothermal system. We had not. They provided information and we gathered more. We had a few reservations: one was the amount of damage that the drilling would do to the new lawn that I had spent two months installing in the spring.

RH&A offered to have the drilling company send the debris into large bags to minimize lawn damage. We proceeded with a geothermal system. The damage to the lawn was more than I had hoped but less than it would have been if the bags were not used. RH&A loaned us a portable AC unit to use in our bedroom while waiting for the drillers and installers.

The system installers, Jason and Clifton, were outstanding. They did quality work, were efficient, and responded well to our questions. Chris, the owner, and Brian, the Service Manager, suggested and provided several options to ensure that the system would serve us well, e.g., the new thermostat is top of the line. Raleigh Heating and Air did a first-rate job. Everyone on their team was a pleasure to work with.

Your company installed my 1st York HVAC system this past August.  I had my 2nd York HVAC system installed yesterday and today. Your installation team of Rusty and Marshall did such a great job on the 1st system that I specifically asked for them on the 2nd system installation.

I wanted to personally thank you for the effort and professionalism of your team.....these guys are great and the installation quality was absolutely perfect.  I spent a lot of money on both systems as most people do, but after seeing the quality of the installation services I can clearly see that it was money well spent.

Additionally, your sales/project managers Peter and Aimee are outstanding also.  I greatly appreciate all the time and effort they took with me in deciding the best systems for both projects.

I have been a Raleigh Heating and Air customer for a couple of years and their staff has always been friendly, courteous and professional.  Last week I had to have my upstairs heating and cooling system replaced and Chris came out and provided a reasonable estimate.  The day of the installation, Jason, Clifton and their help arrived in the morning and went straight to work.  These guys were very professional and  did a great job.  They put down tarps inside over the carpet to keep from soiling the carpet as they worked to replace the attic system.  When they finished the inside and outside units, they reviewed the system operation with me.  After they cleaned up you couldn't tell they were here.  Chris stopped by a couple of days later to make sure everything was fine and to follow-up to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns.

I use Raleigh Heating & Air for the servicing and installation of heating and air conditioning devices. I have been using them for 15 years and the last time I used them was in June of last year to install a ventilation system for my furnace. They are very good. I have a contract with them for services, so it is cheaper for me this way. They have done a lot of work for me. I have been using them from the time the owner had only one other person to help him. Their service is what has kept me going back to them. When they fix something, they tell me what they have fixed and give me suggestions on what else needs to be done. They are very honest.

Chris came to our home, did a thorough inspection of our heating system and gave us an estimate to replace our gas pack, as well as replace supply and return ducts.  The system was still working but we decided to replace for the tax credit.

We chose this company because they were professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced, although they were unable to offer us manufacturer rebates as other companies did.  We also were not given a senior discount as shown on their link, but they included duct work instead.  The work was scheduled for the following week.  Jason and Clifton were the technicians who quickly installed this unit without much loss of heat inside our home.  They cleaned up after the work was done and we find our new unit to work just great.  We will use them to service our HVAC from now on.

Just finished up a new geothermal install in our house to replace propane. Raleigh H&A came in with the best price and were the most knowledgeable in their sales and design of the system compared to others who quoted our system. Peter did a great job answering all my questions, and the main installer Brian obviously has a lot of experience with geo. Working with their driller (Boyette) was a pleasure as well, great fun to watch the wells being drilled (although it was really messy!). Will definitely recommend to friends who need any HVAC work, looking forward to seeing some far lower heating bills this winter!

I wish to thank you very much for two things: First, our home AC quit on Monday 6/21 AM. We are both in our 70’s and we have a grandson living with us. We were utterly miserable and Raleigh Heating and Air was The only service business out of six willing to help us as early in the afternoon. It was now 8:30pm and our house was finally cooled almost back to normal. Second, your technician who got the AC fixed was Chris Menzi – he was prompt, polite, courteous, and efficient. We have been in Raleigh for 46 years and we have had many service calls, as you can imagine. Chris Menzi provided the most satisfying service call we have ever had! He is to be commended!

I live in a rental and the A/C quit in the middle of the night. Your service tech got the unit running so we had A/C on a very hot day until the new condenser fan motor arrived. After repair, he also went into the hot attic to check temps. EXCELLENT service provided. Thank's again!

We used to use a service company that advertises alot in this area, we called them yesterday and got an 8am-12pm next day estimate time on arrival of a technician, That time came and went, so I called Raleigh Heating and Air and a tech was at our office in a hour. Problem diagnosed and fixed. We will never use another company to service our HVAC units.

Exceptional customer service from Tory & Vickie- - Tory made sure he was the technician to install our ducts although he seldom does that type of install because he knew we were comfortable with him & preferred him. The 2 gentlemen who came out to do the blower test were very professional & explained everything. Vickie provided us excellent customer service to meet our work hours with scheduling . She was always very pleasant on the phone, organized & explained everything to make it easy for us. Always recommend RH&A to others!
