Raleigh Heating and Air’s service department technician have over 60 years of service experience. We work on all brands, residential and small commercial. Our technicians drive well stocked service vans that include Carrier, Trane, and Goodman parts as well as a variety of universal parts. In the event we need to order a part, Raleigh Heating and Air has accounts with over 15 local part vendors and can get the part you need as quick as possible. We also have maintenance agreements to keep your heating and air system running at peak efficiency.

Diagnostic Rates:

Residential
Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm - $89.00
After Hours: Monday - Friday after 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday anytime - $99.00
Add $50.00 for 2nd system diagnostic

Commercial
Regular Business Hours - $99.00
Add $65.00 for 2nd system diagnostic

Repairs are in addition to the diagnostic fee. Raleigh Heating and Air uses a flat rate system for pricing most repairs. You’ll know the total cost up-front without any hidden charges or extra labor because it took the technician longer than expected.

Before calling for service check these items!

• Thermostat on and in the right setting
• Fresh battery in thermostat if it uses a battery.
• Breakers are not tripped.
• If system is iced up, turn ac off and fan on.
• Is a filter clogged?
• Do you have an “energy management” system through your power provider?
• Is gas turned on? (gas furnace)
• Have you turned off the switch at your furnace?
